A. After the paperwork is properly completed, the background check will take up to 2 weeks.

Q. Can I use the firewood stacked on the property?

A. Yes, if you request permission first.

Q. Do you have noise limitations on the property?

A.  Yes, "Quiet Time" is from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Q. Do I need a license to fish in Texas?

A.  Yes, fishing licenses are required for adults that are residents of or visitors to Texas.
